You will receive 10 - 1 LB bricks of Grass Fed Grass Finished Ground Beef. You have the choice of shipping it to your house or from a pick up location. If your box is being shipped to your house, it'll be shipped so you receive it on the first of the month. If it is pick up, plan on it being available the first of the month. If the first of the month lands on a weekend I will make sure you'll be notified for when it'll be shipped or available for pick up.
